Your Account

Do I need to have an account?

No, you can shop without an account by checking out as a guest, but you’ll have to re-enter your personal and delivery details each time you place an order.
If you create an account, you can easily access your purchase history and reorder your favorite products.

How do I create an account?

Click here to go to our Create an account page, enter your name and email address and create a password. It’s fast, simple and easy.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on the "forgot your password" link on log in page and we’ll send you an email to set up a new password. If you don't receive our email, contact us and we’ll reset it for you.

How do I update my details?

Click the My Account icon on the top right of your screen and sign in to your account. You’ll be able to change your details, including your shipping and billing addresses.

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on the bottom of the message, but we’d be sorry to see you go.

Using the store

Do you have trial sizes?

Yes, you can buy trial sizes of most products. This gives you the opportunity to try products and see if you like them over a longer period of time.

Where can I get an offer code?

The best way to find out about our latest offers is to sign up for our mailing list.

How do I apply an offer code?

After clicking "Checkout", click the text link that says "Got a discount code? Click here to enter it". Enter your code in the box that appears and click "Apply" to add the discount to your order. The link is located on the right side, under order summary.
All offers are available for a limited time only, and are subject to availability. Offers can’t be combined unless otherwise noted.
Offer codes are case sensitive. If you have any problems using an offer code, contact us for help.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Amex, Discover, JCB, Mastercard or Visa cards. Please be sure that your billing name and address match the credit card information used for payment.

Is sales tax included in my order?

We are required to add sales tax to orders shipped within the state of Georgia. Note that all prices are quoted exclusive of any sales taxes and these amounts, if applicable, will be added when you checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

When will I get my order?

We ship your order within 2-3 business days via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. USPS estimates shipping times of 2-6 business days for shipping within the US, depending on your location. USPS does not guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery, but their estimates are usually reliable.

What does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $40 and and on international orders over $150.

Do you ship to P.O. Box Adresses?

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories?

Yes

Do you ship international orders?

Yes, we ship international orders via USPS for a flat fee of $30.00. Orders over $125 ship for free.
Please note that all international orders are subject to Customs inspections and possible fees and/or taxes. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held responsible for packages which are held or abandoned at Customs. Our return policies do not apply for international orders.

What if I need to change my order?

Send us an email to help@tualique.com. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it so you can place a new order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details. If your order information is not instantly available, please check back in a few hours.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your new products as much as we do. If you don’t, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order, subject to the following:

  • All products returned must be at least half full.
  • Only products purchased on www.Tualique.com may be returned for a refund.
  • Tualique products purchased from all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.
  • No refunds or exchanges can be given on promotional items.
  • No cash refunds.
  • We do not credit or refund charges for shipping or handling.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.

If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us at help@tualique.com. We’ll always try to help you if we can.

How do I return my order?

Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund. All products must be accompanied by the invoice.

When can I expect my refund or exchange?

We credit all returns within 12 business days of receiving them to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

What if my order was wrong or the product is damaged?

Please contact us at help@tualique.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.
